Stealing

Ok Here is the Stealing Rules:

1. On the Stealing Board, If someone Tries to catch the Rare Pokemon Who appear on the board, You can try to catch that Pokemon if the post is not over an hour old (Yes i mean the trainers Pokemon)
2. You can Rob Pokemon Centers, Everyonce in awhile you will get a rare pokemon.
3. Any CGM Can Answer The Posts on the Stealing Board.
4. You can only Steal From someone if they post a message on the Board
